1. SCOPE OF WORK
Soul & Sparkle LLC (“Company”) agrees to provide cleaning services at the above location, as detailed in Exhibit A (attached). Services include but are not limited to:

General cleaning of living areas

Kitchen and bathroom sanitation

Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

Trash removal and light tidying
Additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.
2. SERVICE SCHEDULE & PRICING
Late Fee: Payments not made within 5 days will incur a $50 charge.
3. PET POLICY
The Customer agrees to secure all pets in a safe and confined area before the scheduled cleaning. The Company is not responsible for lost, injured, or escaped pets during service.
4. FIXTURES, REPAIRS, AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

The Company will not remove or alter any fixtures, including but not limited to shelving, built-in appliances, or hardware.

The Company does not perform any repairs or maintenance on furniture, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, or any part of the home.

The Company will not remove or dispose of construction debris, hazardous materials, or heavy waste.
5. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to floors, countertops, furniture, or fixtures.

The Company is not responsible for fragile or high-value items not disclosed before service.

The Company is not liable for injuries related to wet floors or cleaning products.

The Customer waives claims against the Company for indirect or incidental damages.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the service.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

The Company may cancel service due to hazardous conditions, non-payment, or unsafe work environments.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Missouri.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
9. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If the Customer is unsatisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours, and the Company will attempt to resolve the issue.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
